Affiliate & Partner Terms

These Affiliate & Partner Terms govern participation in the EducatedMinds Affiliate / Partner Program.
By joining or promoting EducatedMinds as a partner or affiliate, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of the Program

The EducatedMinds Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new members to our platform through a personal referral link.

Our goal is ethical promotion, transparency, and long-term value — not hype or false promises.

2. Eligibility

Anyone may apply to become an affiliate or partner.
However, EducatedMinds reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any application

  • Remove affiliates at any time

  • Modify access or commission levels

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliate commissions are performance-based and may include:

  • Percentage-based recurring commissions on subscriptions

  • Commissions on eligible products sold through your referral link

Commission rates, upgrade thresholds, and payout structures are defined on the platform used for tracking (e.g. Whop) and may change over time.

4. Tracking & Attribution


Referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link.

Commissions are credited only when:

  • A user joins through your link

  • Tracking cookies or systems correctly register the referral

  • The user completes a valid purchase or subscription

EducatedMinds is not responsible for lost commissions due to:

  • Cleared cookies

  • Ad blockers

  • Incorrect links

  • User error

5. Payouts

Affiliate payouts are handled through third-party platforms (e.g. Whop).

Payment schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and payout methods are governed by the payment provider’s terms.

EducatedMinds does not manually process affiliate payments.

6. Ethical Promotion (Very Important)

Affiliates must not:

  • Promise profits, income, or guaranteed results

  • Use misleading or false claims

  • Present EducatedMinds as a “get rich quick” service

  • Use fake results, screenshots, or testimonials

  • Impersonate EducatedMinds or its team

All promotion must be honest, transparent, and aligned with EducatedMinds’ values.

7. Brand Usage

Affiliates may not:

  • Modify EducatedMinds branding

  • Use the EducatedMinds name in paid ads without permission

  • Create fake websites, accounts, or profiles pretending to be EducatedMinds

Brand assets may only be used as explicitly allowed.

8. Termination

EducatedMinds reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for:

  • Violating these terms

  • Unethical promotion

  • Abuse of the system

  • Behavior that damages the EducatedMinds brand

Termination may result in loss of unpaid commissions.

9. Changes to the Program

EducatedMinds may update:

  • Commission rates

  • Program structure

  • Eligibility rules

  • These Affiliate Terms

Continued participation means acceptance of updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

EducatedMinds is not responsible for:

  • Lost income or commissions

  • Platform outages

  • Tracking errors

  • Third-party service failures

Participation in the affiliate program is at your own risk.
